Volunteer Agreement
I state and affirm that:

1. My participation is voluntary and I am not an employee of Ecolibrium3 or partners. I am not entitled to payment or any other benefits from Ecolibrium3 or partners.
2. I understand and acknowledge the event that I am engaging in has inherent risks and dangers. I hereby assume all personal risks in connection with the Lincoln Park Clean-Up. I hereby agree to waive and hold harmless Ecolibrium3, its employees, and partners from and against any and all claims, injuries, damages, and all causes of action of any nature arising from my participation in the Lincoln Park Cleanup.
3. I hereby acknowledge and agree that this waiver of liability and release is intended to be as broad and inclusive as permitted by the laws of the state of Minnesota. If any portion is held to be invalid, it is further agreed that the remainder shall continue in full legal force and effect. The terms of this liability waiver shall bind me, my family members, successors, heirs and assigns.
4. I understand that entering into and signing this liability waiver affects my legal rights and that I am giving up or waiving certain legal rights. I hereby accept this and am signing this waiver of my own free will.
5. I certify that I have read this list, understood it completely, acknowledge that it cannot be changed in any way by oral representation, and agree to be bound by its terms. 

Photo release
I hereby consent to the use, reproduction, editing, publishing, and/or broadcasting by Ecolibrium3 and partners of photographs or video footage bearing my image or likeness and/or identifying information (e.g. name) without compensation. All media mentioned above are the property of Ecolibrium3 and partners.
